Polysorbate 60 NF

Polysorbate 60 is a nonionic surfactant and emulsifier produced by the ethoxylation of sorbitan monostearate. It is commonly used in food, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical formulations to stabilize oil-in-water emulsions and solubilize hydrophobic compounds. Known for its mildness and compatibility, it enhances product stability, improves texture, and prevents ingredient separation. It is especially popular in baked goods, creams, lotions, and oral suspensions.
