The Acrylic Acid-2-Acrylamido-2-Methylpropane Sulfonic Acid Copolymer (AA/AMPS) is a water-soluble copolymer of acrylic acid and 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid. It is commonly used as a thickener, dispersant, and stabilizer in a variety of formulations, especially in cosmetics, personal care products, and water treatment.
