Potassium Tripolyphosphate

Potassium Tripolyphosphate (KTPP) is a potassium analog of sodium tripolyphosphate with similar chelating and sequestering properties. It is used in food processing as a moisture retention agent and in cleaning products as a builder. KTPP offers the advantage of potassium content, making it valuable in dietary applications where sodium reduction is desired or potassium fortification is needed.
