Steareth-20

Steareth-20 is a polyoxyethylene ether of stearyl alcohol containing an average of 20 moles of ethylene oxide. It functions as a nonionic surfactant, solubilizer, and emulsifier, widely used in personal care, pharmaceutical, and industrial formulations. Known for its high HLB value, it is especially effective in oil-in-water emulsions. Steareth-20 improves the spreadability, stability, and texture of creams, lotions, and hair care products.
