Ceteareth-40 Solid

Ceteareth-40 Solid is a nonionic surfactant derived from cetyl and stearyl alcohol ethoxylates with an average of 40 moles of ethylene oxide. It appears as a waxy solid and is primarily used as an emulsifier, solubilizer, and dispersant in a wide range of cosmetic and pharmaceutical formulations. This ingredient helps stabilize oil-in-water emulsions and enhances the spreadability and consistency of creams, lotions, and personal care products. Its excellent emulsification properties make it highly versatile in formulations.
