Primary Role
Lubrication · Slip / Release
Applications & Use Cases
  • Internal and external lubricant in rigid and flexible PVC extrusion and injection molding, where it improves melt flow, reduces plate-out, and prevents sticking to hot metal surfaces.
  • Mold-release and slip additive for engineering thermoplastics and thermosets, delivering clean part ejection and improved surface finish.
  • Nucleating and lubricating wax in polyester (PET/PBT) and polyamide compounding to control crystallization and processing torque.
  • Polishing and gloss-enhancing component in shoe creams, floor and furniture polishes, and automotive care waxes due to its high hardness and high melting point.
  • Matting, scuff-resistance, and slip additive in solvent and water-based coatings, printing inks, and powder coatings.
