Tensoativos – Aniônicos

Anionic-classed food ingredients u2014 certified FD&C color additives (Red No. 4, Red No. 40) and taurine u2014 grouped by molecular charge; supplied with FCC and Kosher documentation on request.

Visão Geral

A linha aniônica da RawSource para alimentos e bebidas é enxuta e reflete o fato de o catálogo classificar os itens por carga molecular, e não por uso. The three products grouped here carry anionic or zwitterionic groups, but their food function is not emulsification: two are certified FD&C color additives (Red No. 4 and Red No. 40) and one is taurine, an amino-sulfonic acid supplied as a functional ingredient.

For the certified colors, the trade-off is precision against regulatory exposure. Synthetic certified dyes deliver an exact, batch-reproducible shade with strong stability in low-pH beverages and confectionery, where natural colorants vary lot to lot. Against that, color additives are subject to FDA batch certification and listing, and several face tightening state-level restrictions. FD&C Red No. 4 in particular is not broadly permitted for general food use. Confirm current FDA color-additive status for your application before specifying.

Taurine is supplied as a functional ingredient, commonly used in beverage formulation. Classic anionic food emulsifiers such as stearoyl lactylates or DATEM are not part of this anionic-classed set. For oil-in-water emulsification, the nonionic polysorbate and sorbitan-ester line is the working set.

Perguntas frequentes
A RawSource fornece corantes alimentícios certificados e taurina a granel?
Yes. RawSource sources certified FD&C color additives and taurine in bulk, with FCC and Kosher documentation available on request. Packaging ranges from bags and drums to larger bulk formats. Request a quote with your CAS, grade, and volume.
O FD&C Red No. 4 e o Red No. 40 são aprovados para uso alimentício?
Certified color additives are regulated by the FDA and require batch certification and listing for permitted uses. FD&C Red No. 40 is a certified food color subject to that process; FD&C Red No. 4 is not broadly permitted for general food use and is limited to specific applications. Confirm the current FDA color-additive status for your product and jurisdiction before specifying.
Estes são emulsificantes alimentícios aniônicos?
No. The catalog groups these items as anionic by molecular charge, but their food function is color (the FD&C dyes) and a taurine amino-acid ingredient, not emulsification. For oil-in-water emulsification, see the nonionic polysorbate and sorbitan-ester line.
