- ▸ Slow-reactivity modified amine curing agent for epoxy coatings and adhesives
- ▸ Extended pot life and reduced amine blush/bloom versus neat IPDA
- ▸ Crosslinker for epoxy flooring, castings and protective coatings
A grade-specific Safety Data Sheet (SDS) — with the complete hazard classification, handling precautions, and transport information — is supplied with every shipment and available on request. Confirm all safety and regulatory details against the SDS for your specific grade.
Request SDS →This modified amine is used as a hardener for epoxy coatings, flooring, grouts, castings and adhesives where a long pot life and a cleaner cured surface matter more than the fastest possible cure. Partial cyanoethylation cuts the free primary-amine content that drives carbamation, so cured films show less of the surface blush, bloom and greasiness that neat IPDA can give in cool, humid conditions. It can also be used to modify polyurethane and hybrid systems. It is a corrosive, amber liquid handled like other reactive amine hardeners
