Container-Scale Chemical Sourcing, Coordinated End to End

RawSource is a specialty chemical distributor with no consumer-facing business, built for industrial buyers who need volume, specification-matched product, and full documentation on every shipment. We focus on drum, tote, and container-scale quantities — with full container loads as the operational standard.

For each requirement, we identify qualified producers and suppliers across the major global producing regions — including China, India, Europe, and North America — and match the source to your chemistry, specification, and destination.

Supply chain engagements start with spec alignment: you provide the technical data sheet requirements, we identify qualifying suppliers, obtain COAs and samples, and coordinate the logistics from origin on the delivery terms you choose.

How We Source

We match each requirement to producers across the major producing regions, then coordinate samples, documentation, and logistics from origin to your destination.

Sourcing Models

Contracted Volume

Annual or quarterly volume commitments with locked pricing and priority allocation. Best for predictable, recurring volume.

Price LockPriority Alloc.COA Included

Spot Procurement

Single-order or ad hoc purchases from global spot inventory. Turnaround typically 2–6 weeks depending on origin and packaging requirements.

Flexible VolumeNo Commitment

Shortage & Emergency Sourcing

Supply disruption response for allocated or discontinued materials. We work to identify alternative sources and equivalent grades.

Multi-Origin Blending Strategy

For regulated applications, we can source equivalent grades from multiple origins to provide supply continuity and regulatory flexibility.

Packaging, Transport & Freight Terms

We coordinate each shipment from origin to the delivery point you nominate — most often your port or freight forwarder. Export and hazmat documentation and customs coordination are handled as part of the shipment; final delivery follows the Incoterms you choose.

Packaging Options

Drum (200L)

UN-rated steel or HDPE. Standard for most solvents, acids, and surfactants.

Tote / IBC (1,000L)

Composite IBCs for liquids. Palletized and fork-accessible.

ISO Tank (23,000L)

For bulk liquid chemicals. Full load or shared tank options available.

Flexitank

Non-hazardous liquids in 20' container. Cost-effective for glycols, surfactants.

Super Sack (FIBC)

500–1,500 kg for powders, granules, and solid chemicals.

Bulk Vessel

Full tanker or bulk carrier for commodity-scale volumes.

Incoterms Supported

EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, DAP, DDP. We advise on optimal terms based on hazard classification and destination requirements.

Split & Staged Shipments

Larger orders can be released as split or staged shipments against a single contract, on the delivery terms you choose.

Lead Time Transparency

Estimated production and transit times are communicated at RFQ. Typical ocean transit runs about 3–5 weeks from Asia and 2–3 weeks from Europe; we keep you updated through to arrival at your nominated port.

Compliance & Risk

Supplier Vetting, Regulatory Navigation & Supply Risk

We coordinate supplier documentation and the regulatory paperwork appropriate to each shipment. Final regulatory compliance and suitability remain the buyer's responsibility.

Regulatory Documentation We Help Coordinate

REACH (EU)

Substance registration, SVHC screening, and supply chain communication support for EU-bound shipments. SDS compliance to Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.

TSCA (US)

Verification of TSCA Inventory status for US import. CDR reporting support for applicable high-volume chemicals and importers of record.

GHS / SDS Compliance

Current SDS documentation is provided with shipments, prepared to GHS requirements.

Export Controls

EAR and ECCN screening for dual-use chemicals. Denied party list checks on all transactions. End-use certification where required.
